MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

In Sycomore, it is possible to define a reference project
and see the objective fonction of the other projects compared to this reference project.

In Monolix, when you check initial estimates, it is possible to restore the values of a reference.

The simulations used in the VPC can now be exported to the result folder,
to allow replotting elsewhere with different binning for instance.

modal header

There is now an option to visualize the data as trend lines with means and standard deviations computed on bins

Two new cool preferences are available: a dark theme and the possibility to zoom and unzoom.

The graphical user interface has been modernized
and each application has now its own color.

In Pkanalix, you can now specify the units of your dataset.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

In Pkanalix, new NCA settings allow to choose the parameters displayed in the results table. They can also be saved as a preference.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

In PKanalix, it is now possible to define several partial AUCs.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

In PKanalix, it is possible to filter the summary table by acceptance criteria
and split it by categorical covariates.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

It is now possible to filter the data used for analysis in Monolix, by selecting rows or ids
corresponding to some criteria, and of course combining several rules.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

It is possible to create new covariates for stratification of the plots and results without modifying the dataset,
such as the number of doses received by each individual.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

The new column type STRATIFICATION COVARIATE allows to make a covariate available in the plots for stratification, but not in the tab Statistical & Tasks for the covariate model.

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

The simulation application Simulx has now a GUI! It is possible to define base elements (parameters, treatments, covariates, …) and choose which ones to use for the simulation.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

Monolix runs can be imported into Simulx. This automatically reads the model, estimated pop parameters, EBEs, covariates from the data set, etc, which can be reused for simulations.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

The definition of treatment elements is very flexible: via external files, vectors or regular sequences (which can be repeated in cycles). The dose can be scaled by a covariate or missed with a given probability.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

Simulation outputs can be post-processed into outcomes (e.g is individual PK relative to baseline in the target) and endpoints (e.g percentage of individuals in the target for each arm).

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

In the Simulx Exploration tab, you can explore a model
by playing with the parameters and with the dosing regimen.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

Simulation results are displayed as interactive plots with options to split, color or filter.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

A new setting allows to set a maximum number of iterations for the task estimating the Conditional distribution.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

There is a new library of Tumor Growth Inhibition (TGI) models with a wide collection of growth functions and treatment effects combinations.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

The data viewer is now fully integrated with Monolix and is available directly in the interface even before defining a model.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

The statistical test to check if a covariate should be removed from the model is now one linear regression per parameter instead of pairwise correlation tests.

modal header

MonolixSuite 2020 is out!

Plots stratification is now faster with automatic covariates allocation.
