Advanced course on pharmacometrics modeling with Monolix
Tuesday 27 June 2023 – entire day
This training will give you the keys to move your modeling skills to the next level. It is designed for modelers with already a good knowledge of Monolix, who wish to i) better understand the methods, the algorithms and their options, ii) learn how to implement complex models, iii) improve their strategy for model building.
The course will consist of both lectures and interactive hands-on sessions with Monolix. A dedicated Q&A session is also included.
Temporary licences for the MonolixSuite will be provided.
This is an in-person workshop taking place in A Coruña (Spain), as a satellite event of the PAGE conference.

Dr Géraldine Ayral is a multidisciplinary scientist with a main interest in pharmacometrics. She joined Lixoft in 2016 as VP Applications, where she is in charge of the support, the training, and the technical communication. Geraldine holds an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France) and a Master in computational biology from ETH Zürich (Switzerland) in 2012. After an experience as assistant project manager at SoBios, a start-up developing software for modeling and in silico simulation, she started a PhD in systems biology and multi-scale modeling at INRIA Paris. She received her doctoral degree in 2016. |
