Whether you have participated to our Spring School and its modeling challenge or not, this webinar is for you! It will walk you through the development of a joint parent/metabolite/PD model for a hypothetical drug against hypertension, with a special focus on model misspecification detection via the diagnostic plots. The model developed on the phase I data will then be used to design the phase II clinical trial via simulations.
