Monolix Suite 2019R1

Monolix Suite 2019R1 is now available! This release brings major improvements with new features and enhancements. It also includes two new applications: PKanalix, a straighforward and fast NCA and CA analysis application and Sycomore, a workbench to compare and keep track of your Monolix runs.
Note: As PKanalix is a fresh new product, a dedicated license is necessary. Thus if you already have a MonolixSuite license, you need to ask for a PKanalix license.

PKanalix performs analysis on PK data sets with a clear user-interface to define settings and rules. Non compartmental analysis (NCA) and compartmental analysis (CA) are performed with industry-standard methods. All results are available as tables and summaries, and as interactive plots for a fast and intuitive interpretation. Note: As PKanalix is a fresh new product, a dedicated license is necessary. Thus if you already have a MonolixSuite license, you need to ask for a PKanalix license. A presentation video can be seen here.

Sycomore is an application for the visual and interactive exploration of your modeling workflow. It permits to keep an overview of the Monolix runs, compare them side by side and launch runs. A presentation video can be seen here.

Monolix had major evolutions including an automatic initialization of parameters for PK models, automatic statistical model building with a proposal of a good statistical model after each run, several methods of automatic covariate search, and so much more. An overview can be seen here.

Download it now! MonolixSuite 2019R1 is available on the download page and the installation is straightforward. Academic users can continue using their free license and we offer for commercial users a 45 days trial license.
